The Lauren Rogers Museum of Art Guild of Docents & Volunteers is a volunteer organization created in 1971 to assist the Museum staff with various projects and activities. Docents undergo special training to provide tours of the Museum to visitors and groups. Volunteers assist the staff in the Museum Shop, the administrative, registrar and library offices, as well as with public relations, education classes and visitor services.
